The Digidesign DV Toolkit 2 option for Pro Tools LE systems provides a comprehensive collection of tools for producing high-end sound for film or video.
Building on the original DV Toolkit option for Digidesign Pro Tools LE systems, DV Toolkit 2 gives Pro Tools LE system customers an even greater collection of post production tools for producing high-end sound for film and video projects. DV Toolkit 2 includes essential post production plug-ins, up to 48 mono or stereo tracks at up to 96 kHz (interface permitting), plus a full range of post production features previously included only with Pro Tools HD systems. DV Toolkit 2 adds more features to the original DV Toolkit, making this packan an even greater value.

If you do not already own Pro Tools LE 7.0, you will need to purchase an upgrade before installing DV Toolkit 2. DV Toolkit 2 includes an update from Pro Tools LE 7.0 to Pro Tools LE 7.1 software.
The original DV Toolkit is not compatible with Pro Tools LE 7.1 or higher software. If you intend to use Pro Tools LE 7.1 or higher software with DV Toolkit, you will need to upgrade to DV Toolkit 2.
Pro Tools LE software and DV Toolkit 2 do not yet support Intel-based Apple Macintosh computers. Digidesign currently anticipates that new versions of Pro Tools LE 7 software and the DV Toolkit 2 option, with support for Intel-based Mac computers, will be available in May 2006. The update to this new software will be free for all registered users of Pro Tools LE 7 software and DV Toolkit 2.
