As a long - time Digi user I have sold
many millions of records, and have, as mixer / producer, mixed scores
of number one singles utilizing ProTools as my choice for recording,
editing, and mixing. I have also seen my share of software and hardware
glitches and crashes, and have had the opportunity over the years to
deal with many repair techs.
I wanted to share with you a recent experience with one of your
authorized repair technicians regarding a complete and fatal failure of
ProTools and Mac. I want to commend Jimmy at All Pro
Electronics in Nashville. He went far beyond the
call of duty for me during a difficult restore of my ProTools system.
But, in addition to his strong technical skills, it was his personality
and people skills that impressed me. He truly went to the wall
for me to get me back up and running while I was facing critical
deadlines and pressures.
In my opinion there is no better Digi authorized service in
Nashville than that which Jimmy delivers, and in the future I
will use him and All Pro Electronics exclusively to diagnose and repair
any problems with my equipment.
